Shipment and returns
Transport & Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days of receipt of your payment. You will receive a tracking number from us with which you can track your package online as soon as we have delivered your order to the postal service.
Deliveries are typically made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
We will send you an email when your shipment has been transferred to the postal service. Within Belgium, Luxembourg and part of the Netherlands you will normally receive your order the day following this email. For other countries within Europe, delivery can take 3 to 7 days.
The transport costs differ per country and are shown in your shopping cart. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We cannot merge two orders placed separately, so each order will incur a shipping charge. Mail to email@example.com if you want more info about shipping rates or to know the amount from when we deliver for free in your country. Is your country not in the list? Mail us for a quote and custom shipping.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. Your order will be well protected before we ship it. We use recyclable materials for this. Glass packaging is packed in plastic bubble wrap.
Have you changed your mind or are you not satisfied with the delivery? Please return the product to us within 7 calendar days. It is important that the product is in its original condition. Do not just return the product, but follow these steps:
– Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, which products you wish to return, your telephone number and your full name, address and bank details.
– Then you send the product to: RainPharma, Avenue Herbert Hoover 34, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert (Belgium), together with a copy of the email you sent us. This way we can link your return to your account and prepare the refund. Return the products to be exchanged in a sturdy shipping box. Keep the proof of shipment.
– Please be aware that shipping costs are not refunded.
Carefully open the shipping box and original packaging, so that you can use it again to return the order if necessary!
Secure online payment
Payments are received by Stripe. We accept payments via Paypal, iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard or via bank transfer. Payment by bank transfer takes longer. Your order will only be shipped when the correct amount has been transferred to our account.
